I had Blue Kangaroo Packoutz pack my condo as I needed to have the entire condo packed and stored while work was being completed due to water damage. I had the pleasure of working with Jason during the packing and unpacking process. Jason and his team were extremely professional and took great care of my belongings. Jason was able to answer all my questions about the pack out and made sure I was comfortable with the process. I would recommend Blue Kangaroo Packoutz to anyone looking for a packing services. Recently, I hired Mark and his team for a complete home cleaning, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. From our very first meeting through the final move back into my home, Mark was compassionate, professional, and genuinely caring. He made an incredibly difficult situation much easier to get through. His team was exceptional, and Jason, in particular, did an outstanding job leading the crew with great care, attention to detail, and precision. Every item in my home was cleaned and returned to the exact place it came from, which truly exceeded my expectations. We had a water issue that destroyed our house while we were away for the winter. Blue Kangaroo came in and packed up all of our furniture and contents and stored them for the duration of the renovation. They returned our furniture and contents in excellent condition and worked hard to put everything back in place. Throughout the whole process Mark and his crew were pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable with what they stored. During the return of our furniture and contents the staff was friendly and courteous and showed great care in returning our home to its pre-disaster state. We are very happy with the service offered and the staff that worked to remove, store and reinstall our possessions. I highly recommend Blue Kangaroo and would use them again if needed. Everything was packed and unpacked with care and with attention to every detail. Pack out and pack back were each a two-day job, and the crew left everything neat and tidy when they left for the day. My apartment was flooded by a broken pipe. Mark and his team contacted me immediately. Mark and his crew came in and reviewed the contents of my entire apartment to see what was salvageable. Furniture, electronics, clothing…everything! The customer service has been more than excellent! They packed everything up and are storing it and even moved some things to my temporary apartment.
