The team at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz did an outstanding job from beginning to end after a plumbing issue required my entire downstairs to be packed up and restored. They carefully packed up all of my belongings, moved everything into storage, and then brought everything back once the work was complete. What impressed me most was their incredible attention to detail. They returned everything to its original place, making the entire process so much easier. A special thank you to Chris, who took the time to explain exactly how the entire process would work from start to finish. That clear communication made a stressful situation much easier, and Chris followed up with me several times along the way to make sure everything was going smoothly and to answer any questions I had. The team was professional, organized, and meticulous, handling all of my belongings with great care. They even added protective felt pads to the bottom of my furniture to help protect my brand-new hardwood floors, which really demonstrated their commitment to quality and customer care. Everyone was kind, courteous, and respectful of my home throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing pack-out services.

Your whole team is excellent- very contentious and handled contents very carefully! They are also very caring, empathetic, kind, courteous, and respectful! Every one on your team was a pleasure to work with! We were informed as to arrival time and departure notice. Chris, Jay, Jennifer and Michael lead the team with ease to make our transition back home very smooth! I appreciate, and John does as well, ALL who participated in this life altering event with us!!
