I had a flood in my house & had to have all of my hardwood floors replaced. The people handling the water damage hooked me up with Blue Kangaroo because all of my furniture needed to be moved out for them to do my floors. Blue Kangaroo is amazing. Juan, Jenny & the entire crew who packed up most of my house & then unpacked everything after the flooring was done were so friendly, polite & professional & did an excellent job with my things. They work fast but carefully & worked around my schedule making a stressful situation so easy. I just can’t say enough good things about them. I would give them 10 stars if I could! **Exceptional service and compassion during a stressful time** I cannot recommend this moving company highly enough. I was referred to them by a peer for my pack out and pack back while my home was going through involuntary renovation and I am so glad I reached out. From the very first consultation, they stood out for their professionalism and, more importantly, their genuine compassion regarding my situation following home damage. The team was incredibly thorough in their explanations throughout the entire process, keeping me fully informed and at ease every step of the way. When it came time to pack, they were remarkably gentle with my belongings, including several pieces of antique furniture that belonged to my late mother—I truly appreciated how much care they took with those sentimental items. Even when I had to add last-minute items to the pack-out, they handled it with grace and accommodated my needs without hesitation. The communication throughout was excellent; I always felt kept in the loop. When it came time to move my items back into the home, the crew was fantastic to work with. Even as I changed my mind about the placement of certain items versus their original locations, they were patient, kind, and did everything I asked of them with a smile. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is clear. I would absolutely use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and professional moving team. From the first interaction after a pipe bursting through the packing up and process and working with the insurance company, cleaning and restoring items, to returning the items at the end was done professionally and without issue. Following a mold discovery, the team was contracted to assist in deep cleaning and moving our furniture to a new home. In doing so, they remained incredibly transparent throughout, keeping us informed at every step the current state & cleanliness of our belongings.
