I had pipes burst in my home in February and was referred to Blue Kangaroo for packing up and itemizing the damaged contents in my home. I met the owner, Dan, who kindly talked me through the whole process and provided clear steps, and a clear timeline, of what I could expect. I was included on every communication attempt with my insurance company (there have been many), and Gianna, the admin assistant, talked me through their steps for getting my contents covered. Both her and Dan have been proactive with their communication. Dan is compassionate and calm, someone you absolutely need during a crisis. I did not ever feel talked down to or ignored, and I greatly appreciate what he and his team did to salvage the contents they were able to. We returned home after a lovely vacation only to be shocked by a flooded basement! Unfortunately, pipes had burst and there was water everywhere. We felt totally overwhelmed and decided to contact Blue Kangaroo of Bucks/Lehigh. Owner Dan and his crew arrived and professionally organized and took inventory of our belongings. They also disposed of remaining possessions that could not be salvaged. The final step was the removal and management of our items to prevent mold damage during the restoration process. Nice, professional company. From the moment we started working with them, it was clear that they truly care about the work they do and about the clients they serve. Their team is knowledgeable, organized, and takes the time to explain the process so you feel comfortable every step of the way. Communication was excellent throughout. They were responsive, easy to reach, and always willing to answer any questions we had. It made a stressful situation much easier knowing we were working with a team that was reliable and attentive. Overall, it was a very positive experience. Everything, and there was a lot, was packed, labeled, and stored safely. They had documented everything clearly, packed items securely, and worked efficiently with the restoration team..Also, their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they could not have been any kinder.
