An estimator from our team assesses your client’s contents, advises you on how we can serve you, and receives your work authorization. Your estimator will be your primary point of contact with us. A project manager, who oversees in-house management of customer jobs, is also assigned to you. Your project manager works in tandem with the estimator to maintain effective workflow management. If your estimator is not available, please call our office and ask for your project manager.

How soon will I know what items can and cannot be restored?

In many cases, we can give you a clear idea of which items can and cannot be restored right away. For items that require more in-depth evaluation, we’ll let you know upfront and provide updates as soon as testing or additional steps are complete. Items that cannot be salvaged are itemized on the Total Loss Inventory Report, which is provided to the customer and insurance adjuster.
