During our preliminary assessment, our team assesses the damage to all impacted contents. This allows us to determine which items can and cannot be salvaged, so we can provide an estimated timeline. This timeline keeps all involved parties on the same page and helps us restore contents as efficiently as possible.

We use state-of-the-art electronic inventory software to ensure all salvageable items are accounted for at all times. During this step, we inventory all items by room and location, which includes barcoding, digital photography, and entering each item into our electronic catalog system with real-time tracking for added transparency.

Once all the salvageable items have been logged in our inventory system, we carefully pack items using new packing materials or protective wrapping and professionally load and transport them to our facility for any needed restoration and storage. With methods backed by decades of experience, you and your clients can rest assured their belongings are in capable hands.

Once items arrive at our facility, they are moved to various cleaning and restoration stations to receive the specialized cleaning, drying, and/or deodorization they need. Our team uses industry-leading methods and cutting-edge technology to restore damaged contents to their pre-loss condition.

Throughout the restoration process, we store contents in secure vaults or designated areas of our warehouse to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination with other jobs. In addition, our advanced digital inventory software ensures that each item can be located at any time in our facility.

The packback process is essentially the reversal of the packout process and occurs once a property is restored and ready for use again. We ensure that every item is returned back to its original location in your client’s home or property, and dispose of all packing materials and other debris.
