My elderly parents and I had an excellent experience with Blue Kangaroo following an unfortunate flood in my parents’ basement. The team handled the pack-out process with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. They were thorough, organized, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful situation was made much more manageable thanks to their expertise and support. Absolute great service was provided to me. We came home to a nightmare and need fast efficient work to pack out my whole house and they went above and beyond. Blue Kangaroo treated my possessions with care, and their professionalism was excellent. As was their communication and scheduling leading up to the pack out. The crew went above and beyond, cleaning, dusting, and even helping load up a few kitchen cabinets. After the job was complete I noticed a small issue with my sofa. I told them and they sent someone to fix it who did a great job. I recommend their services.
