Moving our family and belongings out of our house because of a kitchen leak was a stressful situation, but BK gave us confidence and peace of mind. Their team was professional and very detail-oriented. All our belongings were photographed, itemized and put into boxes with clear labels. ?????????? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. After a major flood in our home, we were overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. They came in and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Daniel, Jordan, Anthony, Joey, and Britnie were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They carefully packed out our whole house, handled our belongings with so much care, and kept everything organized. They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly attentive to detail. When it was finally time to bring everything back, they didn’t just drop boxes at the door—they unpacked everything and put it all back where it belonged. That was such an incredible help and one less thing for us to worry about after an already overwhelming experience. During such a difficult and disruptive time, having a team we could completely trust with our home and belongings meant so much to us. Daniel, Jordan, Anthony, Joey, and Britnie truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. Even though we were going through a hard time, with the flood that occurred in my apartment. Employee Jordan bought my son hot wheels after seeing him picking up his filthy toys. This act of kindness solidified my thoughts about this companies ability to demonstrate their integrity and support for others.
