I’m so very happy with Blue kangaroo. With all the fires and claims they were extremely busy but my family was coming to Reno for the rib cook off. Blue kangaroo returned all my items early so I would have furniture when my family arrived. Everything was in good condition and Ryan was great to work with. Hide Full Review

Mr. McLaughlin and his crews are professional, well trained, helpful, caring and knowledgeable . We were continually informed about when they would arrive and they were always on time. Mr. McLaughlin called to check on the progress of the move and at the end of the day checked to see if there were any problems. Of course there never were any. He continually reminded us that he is always available for calls and texts. He never disappointed us. His crew members frequently asked if we needed anything. We give all of them our most sincere thank you and the highest rating for their dedication to moving us the easiest way possible. Hide Full Review

Blue Kangaroo Packoutz just got done reinstalling my belongings in my Sparks, NV home after a water damage repair. They were introduced to me by either Tahoe Brothers Construction or my insurance company, Country Financial. I knew I was going to hire them from the first time I talked to Ryan on the phone- he was so reassuring that he instantly earned my trust. But I grew to really care for their team: Dominic, Braxton, & Juana. They were so polite, careful and meticulous! I even stole hours of productivity from them yesterday, (unintentionally)- & they were so kind about it & acted like it was no big deal. It seems like most situations that would necessitate Blue Kangaroo Packoutz services has your home in disarray, and even though my house was a bigger disaster than it normally is, they treated my personal belongings with care. I also really appreciated the lack of judgement I felt from them. I would recommend them to everyone, they made this unpleasant experience a little less painful. Thank you again Juana, Braxton Dom, & Ryan! Hide Full Review

We used Blue kangaroo Packoutz for a project in the Tahoe area. They came recommended by a company that was doing some work for us. We had Blue Kangaroo empty our house of furniture, store it and have it moved back in after we had 3 phases of remodeling done. I was nervous, especially since we were out of the area and didn’t have the luxury of meeting anyone in person. But Ryan’s stellar communication and customer service instantly put me at ease, and I moved forward with confidence. Ryan went out of his way to stay in regular contact with me through the multiple stages of my project. He answered every question I had and more with absolute professionalism and the pride of someone who really cares about his business. I can’t thank him and his crew enough for making a difficult project easy and giving me the comfort of knowing that my stuff was expertly handled. When I got back home after everything was returned I found it all reassembled and arranged like I had left it. This was an awesome service and I would use them again in an instant. Thanks Blue Kangaroo! Hide Full Review

They packed out my house as part of an insurance claim so our floors could be refinished. We had a lot of delicate materials and it took several days to pack it all up and then again to bring it all back. They did a great job and took care of our stuff and if anything was amiss they made it right and we appreciated the honesty and upfront and communication throughout the process. Hide Full Review

Blue Kangaroo Packoutz saved me so much time and stress after I suffered a house fire. They handled counting the inventory, taking photos, and listed everything in my house for my insurance company. Things I’m sure I would have glossed over. They were so thorough with my inventory and conscientious about my emotions in such a stressful time/situation. I can not imagine if I had to do that all myself. Ryan and Danielle were anwesome and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I can not stress enough what a great company Blue Kangaroo is and how amazing their staff is. Hide Full Review
