Is there a waiting period between the restoration process and the packback process?

This largely depends on the extent of the structural damage and the type and quantity of salvageable contents involved, but there is typically a brief waiting period between the completion of the restoration process and the start of the packback process. As structural repairs are nearly complete, we are in communication with all materially interested parties to coordinate a timely delivery.

How do you ensure items are returned to the correct rooms and locations?

During the thorough inventory process, our technicians use 3D imaging software to capture a detailed, room-by-room record of all salvageable contents. Each item is then barcoded, photographed, and entered into our electronic catalog system, allowing us to precisely replicate the original layout of each piece during our professional packback.

How long does the packback process take?

While this largely depends on the type and quantity of items affected, some packouts can be completed within a day or two. That being said, larger or more complex projects may take longer to ensure every item is handled with the utmost care and attention.
