5 Stars ?????????? Bruce, Heather, and their team did an excellent job! Both Bruce and Heather were kind and understanding with the anxiety and trauma that comes with losing your home in a fire. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job handing all our items. It’s very unsettling to lose everything in a flash. Thank you for making the process smoother and for making sure all our items are safe while they rebuild our home. It has been a blessing. Highly recommended. Hide Full Review

Had a water leak and a lot of damage. The insurance co. hired Packoutz to store our furniture during the repairs. They were far and away the most professional part of the entire restoration project. Caryn, Amanda, Danielle, Andy, and Anthony were their team. I was super-impressed. (Wish the other parts of the project had been handled half as efficiently.) Hide Full Review

After a fire in my home the Packoutz crew has been the company hired to pack up, clean and store all of our contents. The Packoutz crew assigned to my job has been awesome. From the initial meeting with the Senior Estimator, Bruce Johnson to all of the on-site crew members I am very impressed with their passion for taking care of all of our personal belongings. Project Manager Caryn Sabados in the office was great in helping navigate the logistics with the insurance process. Shout out to the on site team members Tamara, Danielle, Sonia, Vicky, John and Andy. They were friendly and personable and showed empathy for what we are going through. Highly recommended. We had an excellent experience with Blue kangaroo. Tamara and Danielle carefully and packed every single item during our renovation. Nothing was damaged upon return, and they thoroughly cleaned everything while putting it back. Devon, John and Andy carefully moved all of our furniture. No items were damaged and there were no marks on the walls or doors during the move. They patiently situated items around several times while I determined the configuration needed. Bruce (sales) was very professional, polite and understanding while the renovation took six weeks longer than was originally planned. I recommend Blue Kangaroo for your temporary storage solutions.
