After a stressful situation, Ashley, Cait, and the team stepped in and made a world of difference. The coordination and communication from Ashley and Cait were outstanding. They were incredibly organized, professional, and empathetic. It is such a relief to work with people who are not only efficient but also truly kind. They were meticulous with the inventory and handled everything - even the most fragile items - with extreme caution. My wife has an extensive fragile antique porcelain doll collection, and Ashley took really good care of them. Annabelle was really pleased. Their work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. This is a phenomenal crew that turns a difficult experience into a manageable one. We collaborate with all materially interested parties to assess impacted contents using 3D imaging. This helps us determine which items can and cannot be salvaged.

Thorough Inventory
All salvageable items are barcoded, photographed, scanned, and uploaded to our cloud-based inventory system with real-time tracking for transparency.

Detailed Packout
Items are then carefully packed using new packing materials or protective wrapping, professionally loaded, and transported to our facility for cleaning and restoration.

Cleaning & Restoration
Once items are transported to our facility, items are moved to various stations to receive the specialized cleaning, drying, and/or deodorization they need to be expertly restored.

Secure Storage
