Firstly, thanks so much to TaShanda and her team. It was a tough experience, but Blue Kangaroo was efficient, pleasant, and super hard-working, even working extra days to move us out after an apartment fire in the building. We really appreciate the team and recommend them to anyone needing emergency restoration/moving/storage services. Hide Full Review

If you are looking for a team that treats your belongings with the same care and respect as if they were their own, look no further than Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of Central Georgia. After a stressful situation, Ashley, Cait, and the team stepped in and made a world of difference. The coordination and communication from Ashley and Cait were outstanding. They were incredibly organized, professional, and empathetic. It is such a relief to work with people who are not only efficient but also truly kind. They were meticulous with the inventory and handled everything - even the most fragile items - with extreme caution. My wife has an extensive fragile antique porcelain doll collection, and Ashley took really good care of them. Annabelle was really pleased. Their work ethic and attention to detail are second to none. This is a phenomenal crew that turns a difficult experience into a manageable one. I am beyond grateful for their hard work and highly recommend them to anyone needing professional packout services. Hide Full Review

Lots of people came out of trucks, nice, polite, hardworking. Removed damaged furniture, carefully packed lots of salvaged things...bed, tables, pictures, everything. And returned one day after I called to get everything back. Again, lots of people showed up, and finished an entire basement before lunch. And swept. Heaven forbid I should ever have another disaster, I would call them back. Hide Full Review

They were great and so compassionate to me . I lost most of my Christmas stuff I had since childhood. And thr- the years collected . It was very emotional as my mother passed away on Christmas Day and before her my dad passed away on December 15th so the holidays are already hard on me. And then to lose all my memories was very hard. They did their best to save as much as they could with care as I seen them packing with care. I pray I dont have to deal with this again. But if so I would highly recommend them . Very professional and kind. It’s hard to find that now a days. I’m looking forward to getting my stuff they were able to save. And try to make new memories. I hope the stay safe and have a blessed and merry Christmas God bless you all. And take care Mrs . Gower Hide Full Review
