We used Blue Kangaroo for our pack out after a busted pipe under our foundation, and I can’t say enough great things about them! Blake, Valery, and the rest of the team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. They were so organized, professional, and treated all of our belongings with the utmost care. They stored our items for over seven months, and when everything was delivered back, it was in perfect condition — not dusty or dirty at all, which honestly amazed us! After such a long time, we expected at least a little wear, but everything was just as it was when it left. We’d definitely recommend Blue Kangaroo for any kind of move or pack out. We hired Blue Kangaroo to do the packout of our belongings. I have nothing but good things to say about their entire crew. Blake, Valery, Daniel, Rosa, Andres, Jose and Maria were AMAZING. They were careful, thoughtful and completely professional. Blake was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the evaluation process. He answered every call and question. His friendly personality made us immediately aware we were in good hands. Valery was our on site point person. Her tone, demeanor and sympathetic attitude made all the difference to me in an otherwise devastating process. We never felt rushed or pushed and our thoughts were always taken seriously. We had the best experience with Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. The whole crew Valary, Rosa , Dakota and Both of the Joes and others that I have forgotten names of over time were outstanding. To be honest we are both control freaks and do it ourself-ers, but after the massive fire to our home Blake’s team made our worst nightmare a manageable experience. The team reassured us that they would take care of all of our salvageable contents. We are beyond pleased with their professionalism, kindness and how they took care of our personal items. We’ve been back in our home for 6 months after they cleaned and cared for all our items for us and everything looks and smells like nothing happened, many of the items have been with us for several decades so they mean a lot to our family. We recently had Blue Kangaroo Packoutz pack out our home. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, Blue Kangaroo was a pleasure to work with. They were extremely communicative and accommodating when scheduling the pack out dates. The team that came to our house did an outstanding job. They were meticulous in how they wrapped every item for protection. Everything was carefully packed away and organized efficiently in the onsite PODS container to maximize the storage space. When an East Texas tornado peeled the roof back on my storage unit exposing all my belongings to rain and wind, I had zero time to waste. On a recommendation I called Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of North Dallas & Fort Worth, and Blake was my first point of contact. Efficient, polite and fast, he sent a team out, recovered the contents, brought it back to a dry warehouse and the sorting began. They catalogued the contents, worked with my insurance company and emailed photos and descriptions of my items to me. Their communication was consistent, courteous and thorough. Based on their experience, they let me know what was salvageable and what was not, and they let me make the final decision. Items were restored and repacked. JoAnn, who joined the team at that time, went above and beyond, carefully trimming pieces of linens that could be saved; and then created beautiful quilts for my family. We used Blue Kangaroo due to a renovation from a house flood. These guys are human engines! Incredibly professional, impressive orchestration of all the packing with extra TLC as if the items were their own. Rosa, Valery, Andres and Michael were our crew and we are so grateful to have had them. Extremely professional, so friendly and personable and meticulous with their craft. They were so careful with our belongings and did a great job about keeping our home clean during the pack in and pack out process. The owner Blake was a joy to work with, so professional and really took the time to walk us through the entire process, setting expectations and keeping our nerves calm. ???! Big shout out to blue kangaroo for taking such good care of us during a difficult situation. We had a flood and had to move everything out for some reconstruction and some tricky areas of our home. They handled everything with care and excellence. I was very concerned about moving some very challenging large pieces and they made sure everything was done correctly. Additionally, all was stored in a room temperature cooled storage unit (not in a pod in 100 plus degree weather!). Highly recommend Blake and the team. Hide Full Review

They made a stressful process smooth and easy by being response, patient, and most importantly taking on the burden of working with my insurance company.
