While in our care, all salvageable contents are housed in a climate-controlled, secure facility. To ensure your client’s belongings are accounted for at all times, each item is barcoded and stored in a designated area of our warehouse to keep contents organized and protect against damage and theft.

Do you also offer on-site storage options?

We offer both on-site restoration and off-site restoration services depending on the extent of damage and the type of items needing restoration.

Can items be accessed while they’re in storage?

Yes. If your client needs to retrieve a specific item during the restoration process, our team can arrange a scheduled retrieval. All salvageable contents are barcoded and can easily be located at any time in our facility thanks to our digital inventory system.

How long can items remain in storage?

Belongings can remain in storage for as long as is needed for structural repairs to the home or property. Depending on the extent of the damage, this can be anywhere from a few weeks to several months. As repairs to the property are nearly complete, we are in communication with all materially interested parties to coordinate a timely delivery.

What happens after my client’s home or property has been restored?

Once the property repairs have been completed, our team coordinates the return of all restored contents. During the final packback (which is essentially the reverse of our packout process), each item is carefully transported, unpacked, and returned to its original location in the property. If possible, the same crew that performed the packout also completes the packback.
