I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for Blue Kangaroo Pak Out. What started as an incredibly stressful situation ; needing new flooring in my condo With limited time to prepare for a new tenant...turned into something I could actually breathe through, all thanks to them. From the very beginning, they handled everything with such care and professionalism. They didn’t just move my furniture and belongings; they treated every single item, right down to the smallest detail, with respect. They even took the time to point out things of sentimental value and explained how those pieces would be specially handled. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much to me. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. They didn’t just focus on my belongings, they checked in with me. They chatted with me to make sure I was okay, and that personal touch truly made all the difference. Without their help, I know this process would have been far more overwhelming and stressful. I especially want to thank Ebony, who was my main point of contact. She was absolutely amazing ...patient, attentive, and reassuring every step of the way. I recently had my items packed out with Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. This company was A top tier! The owner, Ebony was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and personal. Her team along with the GM, Andrew were great to work with. They took very good care of all my furniture and personal belongings. They were able to accommodate bringing the items back on such short notice. I would definitely recommend and work with this company again and refer others to as well. Thank you so much!
