During this step, we inventory all items by room and location, which includes barcoding, digital photography, and entering each item into our electronic catalog system with real-time tracking for added transparency.

    Step 3: Detailed Packout

    Once all the salvageable items have been logged in our inventory system, we carefully pack items using new packing materials or protective wrapping and professionally load and transport them to our facility for any needed restoration and storage.
