Why is a thorough inventory important?

A detailed inventory provides a concrete record of every item removed from the property, along with its condition and original location. This documentation plays a crucial role in helping streamline the claims process and ensuring nothing is accidentally misplaced or overlooked.

How is each item documented during the inventory process?

Our technicians use 3D imaging tools to record an accurate and thorough inventory of all salvageable and total loss contents. Each item is tracked through a barcode, digitally photographed, and entered into our electronic catalog system for added transparency.

What happens if certain items are beyond repair?

While our team strives to restore all salvageable items to their pre-loss condition, we compile a total loss inventory of all unsalvageable items to help streamline the claims process. During the cleaning process, we sometimes discover that certain items are not salvageable. These items are swiftly added to the Total Loss Inventory report for insurance purposes.

How can I provide my clients with greater peace of mind throughout the process?

We offer real-time tracking throughout the contents management and restoration process so your clients can easily keep track of their belongings while they’re in our care. This not only allows for greater peace of mind but also makes it possible for us to retrieve an item from storage if needed for any reason while in our care.

What happens after the thorough inventory?

Once the inventory is complete, items are carefully packed, loaded, and transported to our secure facility for any needed cleaning, restoration, and storage. This detailed record helps ensure transparency and accuracy throughout the contents management and restoration process.
