What can I say except the word spectacular. Everything from Amber answering my initial call deep into the evening, to the punctuality and professionalism of the crew that came, really was impressive. I had the pleasure of having Adela, Odalma, José, and Abby performing the work and really noticed the attention to detail that they took in using protection when packing boxes as well as safely manipulating the heavier items while making sure not to damage any walls or themselves. The most impressive thing I think has to be the fact they moved a desk that has been passed down for 3 generations and is made entirely out of oak and did it without giving me a single bit of anxiety! Special shout out to Adela! Not sure if she was the supervisor but she was the one who communicated every little thing with me. Anyone who decides to call this company and is blessed to speak to Amber, best respect her! She’s a star in an empty night sky! Hide Full Review

When a sprinkler system flooded the basement full of antiques, memorabilia, photos and furniture were wet and needing to be moved for cleanup of the water, Tyler, Jessica and their team took care of the belongings as if they were their own. Such care and delicate attention. Even more convenient that items can be stored in their warehouse. Highly, highly recommend to look no where other than these guys for state of the art cleaning, storage, moving of personal items, whether after a water or fire accident, home renovation or moving spaces. I never knew there was a company like Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. If you need to empty your house of all furnishings for reconstruction or flooring work, this is your company. I’ve NEVER met a better bunch of people! Each and every one of them were polite, helpful, competent, HAPPY workers! I could tell they liked their job - a lot. They bubble wrapped every piece of furniture and kindly boxed up the accessories and took them to their temperature controlled warehouse. They also have the option to store them in a pod on your property. They take lots of pictures of how things are placed before they pack them because when they return your things they put them back in place as they were. I was very happy using Blue Kangaroo as our pack out company during our hardwood floor project because they eliminated much of the stress I would have had otherwise. Tyler Hawkins kept in contact with me and his crew constantly to ensure success. I highly recommend Blue Kangaroo Packoutz if you’re in need of their type of service. Hide Full Review

Jessica and her team did an amazing job of carefully packing out an entire finished basement after discovering a water backup that required a replacement of all our flooring. Once the job was complete, Jess and her team were fantastic in moving everything back in, putting everything right back where it came from, down to the smallest detail. Blue Kangaroo Packoutz was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend them for anyone needing this service. Hide Full Review

Jessica and the Blue Kangaroo team were a God Send!! I didn’t realize that this is a service that existed, so when my insurance company referred them to help us with our insurance claim - it took a gigantic weight off my shoulders. Her team came in with every single item needed to pack my place, and keep everything safe! The crew was respectful and careful with my items and my home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. There was no corner cut - everything came back in the shape that it left and everyone did a great job. Jessica, on the other hand, was personable, professional, and literally provided relief and confirmation that everything would be okay. My home was in a disarray and I was embarrassed, but she quickly comforted me and helped me feel human again. I’m really happy to have met and worked with Jessica and her team, and hands down - I’d refer and vouch for Blue Kangaroo Packoutz all day!!! Thank you all for an amazing outcome!! Hide Full Review

Big fan of Packoutz. Cannot recommend them in strong enough terms. A local family owned business/franchise, I had direct contact with the owners who were communicative, friendly, creative and thoughtful. The showed up on time and left things where we wanted them. Their employees are diligent and easy to be around while they turn your possessions into cardboard boxes. I would not hesitate to hire them again in the event that this sort of service is needed.
