If we could give this company 100 stars we would. We came home from work and our entire house was flooded by a bath tub. Jill and the entire team were incredible to work with both packing out and moving back. Through the entire process they were quick to respond to phone calls, texts and emails. They were there when they said they were going to be there and made sure every last detail was taken care of. We can not say enough about this company and the people. They were sensitive and supportive to our needs in our devastated state to our home being flooded. If you are ever in this state of devastation these are the people you want by your side. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including finding and ordering a storage bag for my wedding dress when the box was unsalvageable and vacuuming the floor on the final day of the pack-in. We had a sewer backup at our house in the basement.It was terrible. We were referred to Blue Kangaroo to help us out and they came over and explained how they would take care of us and they were over the top in the quality of work they did getting our basement packed up. Jill and Cara worked non stop and would keep us informed about everything each day. I have never met harder workers than those two. I rarely post reviews, but it is such a rarity to find an organization that so consistently exceeds expectations and provides customer service that goes above and beyond anything we thought possible. We had a water leak in our house last January that led to us having to move out the contents of over 50% of our home very quickly. Leigh Daly and her team at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz were brought on the job after we contacted our insurer. They were on site almost immediately and took charge of everything related to getting our personal possessions into storage. It was a very stressful time, and the journey back to restoring our house was long and frustrating. Through it all, Leigh and Blue Kangaroo were friendly, responsive and incredibly helpful. I never want to go through that experience again - but if we had to, we would only want Blue Kangaroo there to handle our possessions. Hide Full Review

This team was a lifesaver in how quickly, carefully and thoroughly they inventoried and moved out our belongings following significant water damage in our basement. The detail provided about the non-salvageable items made our insurance replacement process seamless. In the "packback" the team took great care in moving everything back in given our freshly painted walls and new flooring. It was a great experience working with this team from start to finish!! Leigh brought 3 additional employees with her to begin the process of moving the necessary furniture from the affected areas. The care they took with each item was impressive. Then they began the process of removing, wrapping and placing small items into boxes that were then marked with the origin of the contents of the box. Pictures were taken so they were able to return all objects to their prior placement. Throughout the process both packing and unpacking materials they were informative, pleasant and efficient.
