Brianna and her team provided excellent customer service. They handled little issues that came up with compassion and professionalism and made it right. If a lamp was broken when the box was opened, she would come get me immediately and show me and then proceed to order an identical replacement. Kristy and Hector at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz showed up during an awful rainstorm and still went above and beyond to help. They handled everything with such care and professionalism, even in really tough conditions. What meant the most to me was the empathy they showed. Many of my items were deeply sentimental, including belongings from my late father, and they treated everything with genuine respect and understanding. Blue Kangaroo has been incredible to work with. While we’ve been dealing with the lack of response from Allstate from our leak, Travis, Jeremy and Tim have been quick to respond to all requests. Our proven process is grounded in precision, expertise, and care, with the overarching goal of restoring all salvageable items to their pre-loss condition. Here’s a closer look at how our contents professionals make that possible.

We collaborate with all materially interested parties to assess impacted contents using 3D imaging. This helps us determine which items can and cannot be salvaged.

All salvageable items are barcoded, photographed, scanned, and uploaded to our cloud-based inventory system with real-time tracking for transparency.

Items are then carefully packed using new packing materials or protective wrapping, professionally loaded, and transported to our facility for cleaning and restoration.

Once items are transported to our facility, items are moved to various stations to receive the specialized cleaning, drying, and/or deodorization they need to be expertly restored.

While in our care, salvageable items are stored in climate-controlled, closed vaults or designated areas in our warehouse to avoid mix-ups and cross-contamination.

We ensure that every item is returned back to its original location in your client’s home or property, and dispose of all packing materials and other debris.
