Brianna and her team provided excellent customer service. They handled little issues that came up with compassion and professionalism and made it right. If a lamp was broken when the box was opened, she would come get me immediately and show me and then proceed to order an identical replacement. I would use Blue Kangaroo again because of their customer service.

Kristy and Hector at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz showed up during an awful rainstorm and still went above and beyond to help. They handled everything with such care and professionalism, even in really tough conditions. What meant the most to me was the empathy they showed. Many of my items were deeply sentimental, including belongings from my late father, and they treated everything with genuine respect and understanding. It didn’t feel transactional, they felt like people who truly cared. I’m incredibly grateful they were the ones here during such a difficult moment. Blue Kangaroo has been incredible to work with. While we’ve been dealing with the lack of response from Allstate from our leak, Travis, Jeremy and Tim have been quick to respond to all requests.
