After 30 years in retail operations, safety and asset protection, most recently with Art Van Furniture, Mike joined BKP in April 2020 as the Operations Manager. In January 2021, Mike became the General Manager and in November 2021 took on additional responsibility as the Director of Operations for BKP International. Mike is an active member of the National Ski Patrol, and previously worked as an EMT and reserve Deputy with Macomb County. Mike has a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Oakland University and a MA in Labor and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University.

LeeAnn spent 35 years as the Director of Organizational Development, Human Resources and Training for one of the largest quick serve restaurant franchisees in Michigan. LeeAnn joined BKP in April 2020 as the Accounting Manager and became Office Manager in January 2021. LeeAnn holds a BA in Communications and MA in Training and Development from Oakland University.

Bruce has 14 years in Property Restoration with 11 years in personal property. During this time, Bruce has directed over 3500 separate losses. Before joining BKP, Bruce spent time with Amrestore, Inc. in Maryland and Coach’s Restoration in Michigan. Prior to entering the property restoration business, Bruce had extensive marketing and operations experience with various companies including Eastman Kodak and Quebecore World. Bruce holds a BS degree from Michigan State University in Packaging, where he graduated with honors.

With over 30 years in Property Restoration, specializing in personal property, Sandra joined our BKP team in November 2021. Sandra has previously worked for some of the largest property restoration and personal property companies in Michigan, including Jarvis, Sunglo, and Recovery Construction. Sandra has taught numerous CE classes in property restoration to insurance agents and adjusters and holds at least eight different certifications in restoration related areas.
