I cannot say enough good things about Supervisor Kathleen and the entire crew at Kangaroo Packoutz of High Point, NC. They were absolutely extraordinary from start to finish. Kathleen led the team with incredible professionalism, clear communication, and immense care, making a typically stressful process completely seamless. She treated her entire staff with utmost respect. They were efficient, respectful, and handled all of our belongings with the utmost attention to detail. I witnessed first hand top-tier professionalism, kindness, and dedication.

Kelly, Kathleen and their staff were excellent! Very professional and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were addressed. Communicated with us about every detail which was very helpful since we had not experienced a "pack out" process before.

This review refers to the packing crew only. They were very polite, cooperative, and enthusiastic. Communicated well. Supervisor was always present and asked questions about where to place boxes and items when they returned to unpack boxes. When crew originally packed the boxes, they labeled boxes by room and wrote contents on boxes. Did a great job of safely packing fragile items. The supervisor took pictures of all areas to ensure they were returned to original places properly as well as make sure no items were missing upon return to unpack. Placed rubber runners on floors and steps to protect floor and keep clean. Vacuumed and wiped down all areas after job. This company is extremely well qualified for this type of job. I would definitely contact them again for future projects! They are more than worth every penny!
