Blue Kangaroo Packoutz provided a truly elevated experience. Moving our family and belongings out of our house because of a kitchen leak was a stressful situation, but BK gave us confidence and peace of mind. Their team was professional and very detail-oriented. All our belongings were photographed, itemized and put into boxes with clear labels. I would recommend BK to any friend (or stranger) navigating home repair / insurance claim and requiring pack out services. Hide Full Review

I had a flood in my house & had to have all of my hardwood floors replaced. The people handling the water damage hooked me up with Blue Kangaroo because all of my furniture needed to be moved out for them to do my floors. Blue Kangaroo is amazing. Juan, Jenny & the entire crew who packed up most of my house & then unpacked everything after the flooring was done were so friendly, polite & professional & did an excellent job with my things. They work fast but carefully & worked around my schedule making a stressful situation so easy. I just can’t say enough good things about them. I would give them 10 stars if I could! EMERGENCY PACK OUT AND STORAGE!!! Yep, they do that! January 2026 we came home from vacation to a flooded basement. Our mitigation crew brought in Blue Kangaroo Packoutz to clear out the basement (our primary living space). They acted quickly and professionally (offered service to clean and treat items for contamination, but we didn’t need that). Packing of loose items, every box photographed and bar coded so if we needed anything it could be easily found. Furniture and appliances carefully carried out and stored. Pack out took about 2 days, stored in their secured facility. Load in was just as easy, set a date stuff returned to where it was, furniture assembled boxes in their appropriate rooms (not unpacked. Not sure if that was an option as we told them just to leave them for us to got through). Love the job they did, and their staff was kind and professional in a stressful situation. Maggie was an AMAZING point person for the job. Thanks Blue Kangaroo!!! Hide Full Review

5 Stars ?????????? Bruce, Heather, and their team did an excellent job! Both Bruce and Heather were kind and understanding with the anxiety and trauma that comes with losing your home in a fire. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job handing all our items. It’s very unsettling to lose everything in a flash. Thank you for making the process smoother and for making sure all our items are safe while they rebuild our home. It has been a blessing. Highly recommended. Hide Full Review

BKP came highly recommended to help with the clearing out, cleaning and packaging of a home with nearly 30 years of memories. Valerie and her crew took on this monumental task and treated everything with care. We needed a few extra days because we kept finding more things hidden away. This was them being thorough and attentive. We still finished in the required time frame thanks to their effort. Hide Full Review

I cannot be more grateful for Blue Kangaroo! I had a freak accident kitchen fire in my apartment, and smoke and soot seemed to reach every nook and cranny in my apartment. It covered almost all of my personal property. The owner and the project manager and the entire team were so helpful and SO kind throughout the entire process, managing things with extra care and empathy. They worked directly with my insurance so everything went smoothly and it was less stressful for me. Communication was EXCELLENT and very informative. 10/10 would recommend!!!! Hide Full Review

Nothing bad to say here! A lot went wrong on my moving day, thanks to the property management team at the complex I was moving into, but one thing that went very right was working with this company. Tom, Billy and Greg were so great! They were communicative throughout the process and very efficient in leading the rest of the movers to get things done as smoothly, but also swiftly as possible. They were so patient and flexible in waiting for unexpected issues to be worked out at the new location, too, which helped because it was one less thing I needed to stress about. Even after the move, they were still responsive to my questions and even helped discard of some of the many boxes that had piled up, once I started unpacking. 10/10 for this crew! Hide Full Review

?????????? I cannot say enough wonderful things about Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. After a major flood in our home, we were overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. They came in and made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier. Daniel, Jordan, Anthony, Joey, and Britnie were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They carefully packed out our whole house, handled our belongings with so much care, and kept everything organized. They were professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly attentive to detail. When it was finally time to bring everything back, they didn’t just drop boxes at the door—they unpacked everything and put it all back where it belonged. That was such an incredible help and one less thing for us to worry about after an already overwhelming experience. During such a difficult and disruptive time, having a team we could completely trust with our home and belongings meant so much to us. Daniel, Jordan, Anthony, Joey, and Britnie truly went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for all of their hard work. If you ever find yourself dealing with a flood, water damage, or a situation where you need your home packed out, I highly recommend Blue Kangaroo Packoutz. They were amazing from beginning to end! ?
