An estimator from our team assesses your client’s contents, advises you on how we can serve you, and receives your work authorization. Your estimator will be your primary point of contact with us. A project manager, who oversees in-house management of customer jobs, is also assigned to you. Your project administrator works in tandem with the estimator to maintain effective workflow management. If your estimator is not available, please call our office and ask for your project administrator.

While our team strives to restore all salvageable items to their pre-loss condition, we compile a total loss inventory of all unsalvageable items to help streamline the claims process. During the cleaning process, we sometimes discover that certain items are not salvageable. These items are swiftly added to the Total Loss Inventory report for insurance purposes.
