Most homeowners’ and renters’ insurance policies cover restoration services. We work closely with insurance providers and other involved parties to help simplify the claims process.

In many cases, we can give you a clear idea of which items can and cannot be restored right away. For items that require more in-depth evaluation, we’ll let you know upfront and provide updates as soon as testing or additional steps are complete. Items that cannot be salvaged are itemized on the Total Loss Inventory Report, which is provided to the customer and insurance adjuster.
